Robert H. Morgan founded Morgan Law Offices in 1991 and brought his substantial qualifications to the firm. Mr. Morgan has a Masters degree in Business Administration in addition to his Juris Doctor degree. Morgan Law Offices works closely with your other professionals such as accountants, investment advisors and life insurance agents in order to provide the necessary services for your individual needs.
The firm is a successor to a partnership with Mr. Morgan’s father, W. Robert Morgan and others formed in 1978. W. Robert Morgan was a highly respected litigation attorney in Santa Clara County who passed away in 1999. The legal Aid Society building of Santa Clara County located in downtown San Jose is named in the Late W. Robert Morgan’s honor.
